The boys were busy bunnies tonight...decorating their Easter eggs. They were excited to decorate them in Lightning McQueen style (from the Cars movie). We wanted to share the finished products with you! See you this weekend! We are going to be getting to Homer after dinner on Friday....so far that is the plan....Love you all!

Easter
It will soon be Easter. It will be kind of cold for the bunny. Maybe there will be some boys and girls that will save some carrots for him. The door will be open if someone comes late. You do not need to bring anything but I may need some help in the kitchen. The eggs are waiting to be colored. Hope for warmer and drier weather so we can have an egg hunt. We had a nice day Sunday. Saw Jason, Joy and Hannah and their new home. Hannah has a lot of room to play. We also saw their new church. It was good to be with them. They have a nice home. Will look forward to seeing all of you. Love, Mom and Dad

Easter Plans
Just wanted to know what the plans are for Easter weekend. Can I make something to bring down? I think we will most likely be in Homer Friday evening...
Things are good here. I just magically put down 4 boys (3 and younger) down for naps and so here I am, catching up on all my email and stuff. We had a great weekend up in Door County with some of Rob's high school friends. It was the first time back in probably 4 years (Rob's mom moved 4 years ago out of D.C.). Things had changed in Sturgeon Bay and yet stayed the same. The boys loved seeing the big ships that are docked there over the winter and had fun watching the cars out on the ice, and there were some ice sailboats (sailboats with blades on the bottom to sail across the ice). This upcoming weekend, I am going to a conference called Hearts at Home in Bloomington with my good friend Erin, cousin Dawn, and Aunt Laura. Rob has BIG plans to take the boys to the Milwaukee Sports Show. (We have taken the boys 2 of the last 3 years).
We hope everyone is doing well! We absolutely LOVE the updates too! Keep 'em coming! Good luck Aubrey with the tournament!

Go Desert Dogs
At her game last Saturday, Aubrey made 3 baskets!!!!! She got the ball after the tip off and took it in for a lay up. It was so much fun. Darrin told her that she needs to stop looking at him with the "can you believe I did that" look. The basketball tournament is this Saturday, but we're already gearing up for softball. Go Desert Dogs, Beat the Woodland Creatures!!!
